Users are responsible for truthful experience, qualifications, and evidence. The platform does not invent experience or credentials.
03 — Meaning of states
Email-server acceptance does not mean human review, and interview or offer states require independent evidence.
04 — Activation state
Real charging, live jobs, and external submission remain blocked until operational, legal, privacy, and security gates close.
